What should I do when my pump alarm goes off?
Reduce water use, stay away from wet electrical areas, note the alarm and call. Never enter a tank or chamber.
Why is my sump pump not turning on?
Power, GFCI, float, blockage, pump or wiring failure are possible. Do not handle energized equipment in water.
Why does my pump keep running?
A stuck float, blocked discharge, check-valve problem, incoming water or undersized equipment may be involved.
Can you locate a buried pump chamber?

Do you replace pumps?
Yes when the pump and accessible installation fall within the accepted written scope.
Do you provide septic pumping?
No. Septic tank pumping is performed by a qualified septic-pumping provider.
Do you perform electrical work?
Regulated electrical work is referred or coordinated with a qualified electrician when required.
What should I send after hours?
Address, safe photos of the alarm panel and pump area, when it started, water level if safely visible and whether water is actively entering.
Where do you respond after hours?
Calls are reviewed from White Haven through the Pocono corridor and nearby NEPA markets. Safety, access, distance and availability determine acceptance.
