Who handles permits and utility disconnections?
The written scope assigns each responsibility. Required permits and disconnections must be confirmed before mobilization.
What about asbestos or hazardous materials?
Suspected regulated materials are not disturbed. Testing, abatement and regulated disposal require qualified providers.
Are dumpster and disposal costs included?
The estimate states exactly what Carey’s provides, coordinates or expects the customer to provide.
What happens to salvage?
Ownership and handling are agreed in writing before work. Salvage is not assumed as payment.
What must the customer provide?
Authority to order the work, safe lawful access, known hazard information, utility status and clear direction about what stays.
